Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Hetrex Media S.R.L., trading as SCENYOU, Strada Closca, BL34 AP14, 555200 Avrig, Sibiu, Romania, e-mail hello@scenyou.com, of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or letter. You may use the model form below for this purpose; however, this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notice. For this repayment, we will generally use the same means of payment used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result.

If you requested that we begin performing the service during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion already provided up to the point of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the agreed service.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible data carrier, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period expires, you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.

Without this separate consent and confirmation, the statutory rules apply without restriction.
