Contract Information

Your contracting party is Hetrex Media S.R.L., trading as SCENYOU, Strada Closca, BL34 AP14, 555200 Avrig, Sibiu, Romania. Commercial Register J32/1648/2021, Tax Number 44797988, e-mail hello@scenyou.com.

You are commissioning an individually created digital photo and image editing service. Package, number of final images, looks, correction rounds, additional services, expected processing time and file formats are shown before ordering. Look examples serve as a creative reference, not as a promise of an identical result. We work towards the most realistic, character-faithful and optimized portrayal possible; however, an exact 1:1 match with the person or their individual expression cannot be guaranteed, and variations may occur.

1. Create an account or log in.
2. Select purpose, package and looks.
3. Upload your own suitable photos and describe your preferences.
4. Review the summary, price and legal declarations.
5. Place your order subject to payment.
6. Receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

You can correct input errors up until submission via the preceding steps. Included correction rounds apply to adjustments of existing versions; new scenes may constitute additional services.

All prices are shown as final prices in the selected currency (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF or RON). Hetrex Media S.R.L. is currently not VAT-registered and therefore does not charge VAT. Payment is made online via Stripe and is due upon ordering. Production starts once payment is confirmed.

Finished files are made available in the protected customer account. Processing times begin once suitable photos, complete information and payment have been received. We store the order, service and price snapshot as well as invoice data, and provide essential information in the customer account or by e-mail.

As a consumer, you generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model form can be found in the Withdrawal Instructions. Statutory rights apply for defects. You can find the complete contract terms in the Terms and Conditions.

Please direct complaints to hello@scenyou.com. The EU platform for online dispute resolution has been discontinued. We do not currently voluntarily participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, unless a statutory obligation exists.
