SCENYOU

What should your next portrait wear?

More than fabric. It carries your purpose, your posture and the world the image will enter. We bring those elements together before the first frame.

Wardrobe, setting and light speak one language. Your face sets the tone.

Your features. Your light. Your look.

Show us who you are and where the image needs to work. We read your presence, then shape scenes and wardrobe around it. You choose the direction.

A look begins before the camera

A collar changes a line. A colour changes the light. A setting changes the story. We consider the whole frame.

Purpose and presence

Application, personal brand or an open brief: where the image will live determines how it should speak.

Fabric and cut

Colour, texture and silhouette are considered alongside your face, the background and the light.

Space and light

Studio, city or film set: the setting and colour palette carry the same mood.

Your eye

You choose what feels like you. No style is imposed on you.

What should I wear for a photoshoot?

There is no fixed uniform for a headshot. What matters is how the cut, colour and attitude fit you — and the role ahead.

  • Choose colours that give your skin and eyes room
  • Keep large logos and busy patterns out of the frame
  • Match the cut and silhouette to the purpose
  • Bring two or three options if you are still deciding

Headshot wardrobes without the costume

Your clothes should support you, not play a part. These three directions offer a starting point — the final choice stays personal.

For feminine styling

A blazer, blouse or fine knit works when the shoulder sits well and the neckline gives the frame calm. Jewellery can add a note, but should not speak first.

For masculine styling

A tie is not automatic. A jacket, shirt or fine knit may feel stronger. Pay close attention to the collar, shoulder and a fit that still holds when seated.

For LinkedIn and personal branding

More of you can come through here. A recurring colour, a familiar texture or a setting from your working world creates warmth and recognition.

Technology reads patterns. People read you.

Our systems organise cues and possibilities. In the atelier, eyes, experience and a feel for light make the decisions. Every finished image passes through human hands.

What matters before the shoot

What should I wear for a headshot?

Wear something that fits your role and leaves room for your face. Good fit, considered colour and a clean neckline matter more than any prescribed garment.

How does the consultation work?

You upload a few photos and tell us where the portrait needs to take you. We develop ideas for the setting, light and wardrobe. You choose the direction; our team creates it.

Can you advise me for LinkedIn?

Yes. We can shape the look for LinkedIn, a team page, an application or a more editorial visual identity.

Does AI choose my look?

No. Technology helps us organise what you share. You choose the visual direction, and people in the atelier develop and review every image.

Do I need to wear a blazer?

No. A well-cut knit, shirt, blouse or understated top can work just as well. The connection between you, the role and the image matters most.

How many outfits should I prepare?

Two or three are usually enough: a quiet foundation, a more personal option and, if it suits you, one bolder direction.

Let your portrait speak first.

Upload three photos privately. We will shape directions for wardrobe, light and setting around you.
